The Surgery Center of Pennsylvania's anesthesia leadership, Dr. William Goldstein and Dr. Bill Isaacson, selected Premier Anesthesia, a national anesthesia management and consulting company, to support its provision of anesthesia to the Center.  The Center is multi-specialty and performs approximately 6,500 cases annually.  The contract went into effect on January 1, 2012.

The Surgery Center of Pennsylvania LLC is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC) and Medicare certified.  The Center selected Premier Anesthesia (a subsidiary of Jackson Healthcare Family of Companies) as its exclusive vendor for anesthesia management.
