Anesthesia Staffing Analysis:
Premier Anesthesia will analyze current anesthesia staffing needs, and include an analysis of issues and coverage needs. From there, we propose a future optimal anesthesia staffing plan, including competitive compensation packages, benefits and vacation and medical malpractice coverage.
3. Client Contracts with Premier
Anesthesia and we develop a 90-day
action plan. The 90-day action plan:
Extend an offer to existing providers to join Premier team
Begin National recruitment of Permanent Providers
Recruit/Appoint/Relocate a Medical Director
MDs will be Board Certified or Actively Eligible
Possibility of Interim Medical Director
Identify Locums Providers to be on site ASAP
Premier team to make on site visit to interview staff
