Premier's Client Start-Up Plan will be followed to ensure a smooth transition.

A Customized Business Plan to fit the facility's specifid needs/goals will be created.

An EBS©/Recruitment Staffing Plan will be created to ensure approprite levels of staffing and elasticity.

Premier understands the critical importance of providing absolute assurance that:

  • Operating Rooms have appropriate anesthesia coverage
  • Operating Rooms have uninterrupted surgeon access


Facility Leadership Teams will have constant access to the Premier Anesthesia Team through regularly scheduled meetings to discuss the transition process, as well as direct access to Premier's President, Kerry Teel, to address any anesthesia-related needs.

Premier is dedicated to implementing a transition strategy which does not interrupt the continuity of surgical services.
