A permanent, full-time candidate referral* must have been made to recruiting before the candidate is contacted by recruiting for the opening being filled. The candidate referral form must be submitted to recruiting within a one-week window from referral’s application and/or resume being received by Premier Anesthesia. All referral submissions must include reference to the candidate communication about the PA opening and the agreement of referral.
