Provider Referral Eligibility Qualifications
- A provider must start in their full-time role within 9 months of the initial referral date. Candidates who have had bi-lateral communications with a recruiter regarding the same role, within the six months prior to the referral date, would not be eligible to be considered a referral, provided that Salesforce reflects a date-stamp of such bi-lateral communications within that six-month time period prior to the referral. Exceptions may be made by the President, when s/he has reason to believe, in the president’s discretion, that such recruiting conversations happened as a result of a referral.
- Agencies, non-clinical staff, candidates, and third-party vendors are not eligible for referral bonuses. Licensed anesthesia providers are eligible for referral bonuses if listed conditions are met.
- Clinical leaders (i.e. medical directors, chief anesthetist, assistant medical directors, assistant chief anesthetist) are eligible to receive a referral bonus, provided that the referral does not result from the clinical leaders’ duties to screen the candidate(s) as part of the leadership role.
- Referral fees will not be paid for students rotating through the program.
- Referral fees will not be paid for legacy providers (i.e. providers who are already credentialed at the facility prior to Premier’s engagement.
- Referrals must be for full-time providers. Placements for part time, PRN or locums are not eligible.
- Only one person may refer a candidate. If multiple submissions, eligibility will be based on date of first referral receipt.
