Provider Referral Eligibility Qualifications

  1. A provider must start in their full-time role within 9 months of the initial referral date. Candidates who have had bi-lateral communications with a recruiter regarding the same role, within the six months prior to the referral date, would not be eligible to be considered a referral, provided that Salesforce reflects a date-stamp of such bi-lateral communications within that six-month time period prior to the referral. Exceptions may be made by the President, when s/he has reason to believe, in the president’s discretion, that such recruiting conversations happened as a result of a referral.
  2. Agencies, non-clinical staff, candidates, and third-party vendors are not eligible for referral bonuses. Licensed anesthesia providers are eligible for referral bonuses if listed conditions are met.
  3. Clinical leaders (i.e. medical directors, chief anesthetist, assistant medical directors, assistant chief anesthetist) are eligible to receive a referral bonus, provided that the referral does not result from the clinical leaders’ duties to screen the candidate(s) as part of the leadership role.
  4. Referral fees will not be paid for students rotating through the program.
  5. Referral fees will not be paid for legacy providers (i.e. providers who are already credentialed at the facility prior to Premier’s engagement.
  6. Referrals must be for full-time providers. Placements for part time, PRN or locums are not eligible.
  7. Only one person may refer a candidate. If multiple submissions, eligibility will be based on date of first referral receipt.
