Wendy Pasanen

Vice President, Recruiting and Credentialing

With an extensive background serving some of the largest healthcare organizations in the country, Wendy is responsible for the management and operational responsibilities related to Premier Anesthesia’s clinical providers. In addition to managing the recruiting and credentialing process, she develops and drives process improvement projects to improve clinicians’ end-to-end experience. Previously, Wendy served as Regional Vice President of Operations at Premier Anesthesia.  Previously, Wendy served as Assistant Vice President of Operations and Director of Physician Practice Operations for some of the largest hospital systems in Georgia.  She also spent ten years as a hospital consultant in the greater New York area for Deloitte Consulting and Ernst and Young where she focused on operational improvements in areas such as perioperative services, inpatient units, and physician practices Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Michigan, a Masters in Health Administration with a concentration in finance and law from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
